Fall 2026 Class Offerings
Think, Tinker, Create
Think, Tinker, and Create is a hands-on science and creativity class for students who love to explore how the world works! In this class, young scientists will investigate exciting topics like color, light, sound, magnets, and motion through playful experiments and creative projects.
Each week, students will think like scientists, tinker like inventors, and create like artists. Through fun investigations, they’ll ask questions, make predictions, test ideas, and discover the “why” behind everyday things around them.
Students will participate in messy, colorful, and sometimes explosive (safe!) science experiments along with creative art projects that connect to each week’s focus. They’ll build, mix, test, design, and explore while developing curiosity, problem-solving skills, and confidence in experimenting.
Class Days: Mondays or Tuesdays
Class Time: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Duration: 14 weeks
Semester Cost: $780 Charter funds (vouchers made out to Jessica)/$675 Private Pay (Understanding our program fees)
Little Locals to World Travelers
In Little Locals to World Travelers, students begin their adventure by learning about themselves and their families, celebrating what makes each of them unique. Through hands-on activities, fun projects, songs, stories, and colorful illustrations, students explore their local community and discover the important roles of community helpers, along with visits from special community guests who share about their jobs and how they help our community.
Our journey then grows bigger as we travel across California, learning about special state symbols like the flag and bird. Next, we explore the United States, discovering important national symbols and what makes our country special through engaging, interactive learning.
Class Days: Wednesday or Thursday
Class Time: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Duration: 14 weeks
